Having moved 13 years ago from England, Julian Dawe would nominate Seinäjoki as the Finnish Music Town. He is taken by the music supply, as many famous artists have performed in Seinäjoki.

Provinssirock, the Vauhtiajot race, the Tango Festival and the Rytmikorjaamo club bring such rich music supply in Seinäjoki that everyone is sure to find something to their liking."Julian Dawe teaches his mother tongue to many age groups in secondary school, vocational training and adult education centres. He enjoys his work, as he is able to meet a variety of people during a single day. Like most Englishmen, he considers football a dear sport. He is a member of Klopit, a fan club for the local football team SJK, and he even says he met his girlfriend on a game trip in Oulu.
